Welcome to the Gosport Garden Recycling Scheme which is run in partnership with our client, Gosport Borough Council. The Gosport Garden Recycling Scheme service is seasonal, running from February to December every year.
FCC’s online payment system is currently unavailable for customers wishing to pay by card.
You can set up a direct debit for the 2026 season via the website.
Renewal payments via card and new direct debits can still be taken by telephone on 02393 990038 between 9am and 3pm.

We accept debit or credit card payments or you can choose to pay via direct debit. Should you require assistance over the phone, you can contact us Monday to Friday 0900-1500 on 023 9399 0038.
The first bin subscription will be charged at £75 and each subsequent bin at £75. During the Early Bird, running until midnight on 6 February 2026, the first bin subscription will be £65.
